BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN THEORY
AND REAL-WORLD APPLICATION
Our Story
When we were growing up, our Dad intrigued us with his do-it-yourself attitude. We were always by his side to grab the tools, break things even further, and cleanup the mess for him afterwards. Being exposed to a constant cycle of repair got us thinking – we wanted to learn the why and the how behind everything which is why we both pursued engineering degrees. I think the main reason why kids do not pursue a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) degree is simply because they are not exposed to the design-build-repair process like we were. As a result, one of our goals at ProteShea is to expose the future generation to technical design to intrigue them too.
As we made our way through college and into the workforce, we both realized a problem – we were spending way too much time learning a new skill due to the lack of good, hands-on resources, and out-of-order steps/approaches. These issues bring us to another goal – develop tutorials that help students learn, apply, and create effectively, all in one place.
You shouldn’t strive to be a good engineer, scientist, or mathematician – you should strive to be a great one. You must stay relevant and competitive to keep up with today’s changing technology. The world has many complex challenges to be solved – we just need students like you to develop the necessary skills to tackle them.
We hope to empower as many students as we can, please help us spread the word.

Goals
Without goals, there is no vision. We strive to achieve these:
Create engaging tutorials to help students learn, apply, and create
Bridge the gap between theory and real-world application
Inspire students to develop a diverse skillset to be competitive
Equip students with essential tools to tackle the world’s toughest problems
Theirs (boring)
No hands-on tutorials
Linear growth
Forgot about the younger generation
Out-of-order steps/approaches
Unorganized/scattered content
Ours (awesome)
Engaging, hands-on approach
Exponential growth
Inspire younger generation
Sequential, easy-to-follow tutorials
Content in one centralized location
Motivations
Use your time wisely to avoid the status quo trap. Here are a few statistics that we think are noteworthy:
